Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and track logistics documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Train new staff on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Optimize workflow processes to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Valid driver's license with clean record
