Responsibilities
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal workflow
- Participate in quarterly cycle counts and audits
- Train new hires on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
