Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Train new staff on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Utilize warehouse management software for real-time tracking
- Optimize picking/packing processes for efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
