Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments
- Pick and pack orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain organized inventory using WMS systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Train new team members on procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environment
