Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce strict OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze operational data to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock levels.
- Manage performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven track record of managing remote or hybrid teams effectively.
- Forklift certification and physical ability to perform warehouse duties when on-site.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
