Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company quality control procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning devices
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (10-45°F)
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
