Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Inspect and sort returned merchandise for restocking
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing warehouse layout
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with strong communication skills
