Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in WMS
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality and damage
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
