Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse maintenance needs
- Continuously optimize picking routes for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas included)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
