Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and real-time updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a 5S-compliant workspace
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Forklift certification (training available for qualified candidates)
