Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99%+ accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain system integrity
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dock areas
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
