Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99%+ accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and order pickers
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety compliance
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- RF scanner experience or willingness to train
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with strong communication skills
