Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Maintain organized, clutter-free work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environment (40-75°F)
- Reliable transportation to worksite
