Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Optimize picking routes for maximum productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
