Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Maintain organized, clean work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Scan and process shipments using WMS technology
- Assist in receiving and storing incoming inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
