Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Optimize warehouse workflow through efficient inventory rotation and slotting
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and assist in quarterly inventory audits
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless order processing
- Use WMS software to track inventory and update order status in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
