Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts with precision
- Collaborate with remote logistics team to optimize picking routes and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workstations
- Utilize remote portals to track inventory levels and order status
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse technology and remote communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
