Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts - certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
