Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift certification a plus (we provide training)
