Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Verify item quantities and conditions to ensure quality standards are met before shipping.
- Move inventory throughout the warehouse using dollies, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for order accuracy.
- Comfortable using technology, specifically handheld RF scanners and warehouse management software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
