Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
