Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick lists and shipping requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and literacy skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Experience with barcode scanners and WMS systems
