Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for certified candidates).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure optimal workflow and safety.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train the best).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
