Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with 5S principles
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
