Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak seasons
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
