Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (6 AM start)
