Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Optimize picking routes to maximize productivity and meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Train on WMS systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to Harbor View Drive facility
