Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Scan & Verify: Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to verify item quantities and barcodes.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Inventory Management: Assist in regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
