Responsibilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and RF scanners provided by the company
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using voice-directed picking systems
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols when handling equipment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately to maintenance team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to North Sacramento facility
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
