Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, conveyors, etc.)
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse equipment after training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided equipment assistance
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
