Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and electric pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and conveyors as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
- Support shipping/receiving processes when required
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
