Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided warehouse equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and scanning technology safely
- Maintain organized inventory records and reporting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report equipment issues or warehouse safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to 8501 Spohn Boulevard
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
