Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, reach trucks) provided by company
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Operate material handling equipment including order selectors and conveyors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper equipment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with standing/walking required
