Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using company-provided RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment as assigned
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Follow safety protocols and use provided PPE at all times
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours per day with provided ergonomic support
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided mechanical assistance
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation certification
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
