Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment including electric carts and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and verification
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while operating provided machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment targets
- Report equipment maintenance needs to supervisors promptly
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse equipment
- Reliable transportation to distribution center
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
