Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using provided warehouse equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and scanners to move inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a climate-controlled environment
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Keep work area organized and compliant with OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts on feet
- Attention to detail for order accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive
