Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided lifting equipment
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Lexington facility
