Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using company-provided RF scanners and mobile equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) for material movement
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols using provided PPE and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate RF scanners and powered equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper techniques
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
