Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and electric pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order fulfillment processes
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic proficiency with RF scanning technology (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (equipment provided)
