Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided voice-directed technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and quality checks
- Maintain organized staging areas and loading zones
- Collaborate with packers and shipping teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols with provided PPE
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided ergonomic support
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Comfortable operating powered industrial equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting aids
