Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Operate powered industrial equipment after thorough company-provided training
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
