Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using provided RF scanners and powered equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery including pallet jacks and order selectors
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment operation standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Organize and stage completed orders for shipment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate RF scanners and powered equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and commitment to team goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
