Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate company-owned pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting
- Follow OSHA safety protocols with all provided equipment
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately to maintenance team
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
