Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided safety footwear
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
