Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Verify product quantities against work orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet daily targets.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and aptitude for using scanning technology.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
