Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using provided RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy with provided barcode scanning systems
- Follow safety protocols with supplied PPE and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Organize warehouse zones using provided material handling tools
- Report equipment issues to maintenance team promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided support equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory counting (tools provided)
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery (training included)
- Attention to detail with provided order verification systems
- Reliable transportation to Chandler, AZ facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided ergonomic equipment
- No prior warehouse experience necessary (equipment training provided)
