Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and electric pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via our WMS system
- Operate powered equipment safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes
- Adhere to safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation training provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
