Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Verify order specifications against packing slips and ensure quality control
- Maintain organized inventory in designated storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation training)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
