Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using provided equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct items are selected
- Operate warehouse machinery safely per OSHA standards
- Maintain organized inventory and clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/picker experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
