Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and powered equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow using provided warehouse management system (WMS)
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper equipment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to operate provided company equipment only
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
